Return Policies
Lumalove LLC is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your
purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can
return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact
Hannah directly via email at Hannah@LumaloveProducts.com to
receive instructions on returning your purchase. The
following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable*

A $10 restocking fee applies (provided item is repacked
according to factory standards & without excess wear)

Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum
purchase price of $30.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have
standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from is at the customer's expense and varies
according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For
orders over $100, we offer FREE shipping within the
continental United States.
